Privacy notice

When you request an assessment or a call back, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, position, phone number, email address and a description of what you need.

If you use the Ask Automate E assistant, we process the messages you type so that it can answer you. If you choose to be contacted, the details you give the assistant are saved as a request.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses essential cookies only, to keep forms secure and working.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal you have asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation with you.

We do not sell your information. It is stored on our own hosting and shared only with service providers that help us run the site — for example, our email provider and, when the assistant is switched on, the AI service that generates its answers.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

The map on our Contact page comes from Google Maps. It only loads if you choose to show it, and Google’s own privacy terms then apply.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records, then delete them.

Under the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 of Zambia, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as possible.
